Dial AI is a company located in North Vancouver, Canada, specializing in AI-driven customer service solutions.

How we collect and use (process) your personal information
Dial AI collects personal information about its website visitors and customers, including but not limited to:

  • Job title
  • Employer name
  • Work address
  • Work email
  • Work phone number

We use this information to provide prospects and customers with services. We do not sell personal information to anyone and only share it with third parties who are facilitating the delivery of our services.

From time to time, Dial AI may receive personal information about individuals from third parties, such as information regarding your employer or industry. We may also collect your personal data from third-party websites (e.g., LinkedIn).


Use of the Dial AI Website
Dial AI’s website collects certain information automatically and stores it in log files. This information includes IP addresses, browser type, operating system, and a history of pages viewed on our site. We use this information to better understand our users' preferences and to optimize our website’s performance.

Dial AI has a legitimate interest in understanding how customers use its website, as this assists us in providing relevant products and services and appropriate staffing to meet customer needs.

Dial AI’s headquarters is located in Canada, but some data may be processed in the United States. By using our services, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed in the United States. While the U.S. has not received an adequacy finding from the EU under Article 45 of the GDPR, Dial AI uses standard data protection clauses to safeguard personal data.

Prospect data is retained until it no longer has business value and is purged from our systems. Personal data can be deleted upon verified request. Children’s data
Dial AI does not knowingly solicit or collect information from children.
